A flat travel and diagnostic fee is required before scheduling an on-site visit. 100% of this deposit goes toward any approved repair. If I can't fix the issue, you only paid for my time to come out and look — no inflated surprise fees.

Do you do corporate ITAD and data destruction?
Yes — this is a core part of what I do. I've personally wiped 10,000+ drives using NIST 800-88 protocols for government and institutional clients. I provide individual Certificates of Destruction and can handle HIPAA-compliant disposal for medical offices.
What if you can't fix my computer?
Beyond the diagnostic deposit, you don't pay. No fix, no additional fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and major debit/credit cards. Payment due when the job is complete.
